By accessing and using LaLaQuiz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LaLaQuiz is a free online music quiz game where users listen to audio clips and guess the song title and artist. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or use offensive usernames
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Music Content and Copyright

LaLaQuiz uses audio preview clips provided by Deezer through their official API. These clips are short previews (typically 30 seconds) used for identification purposes within the game.

Music metadata is sourced from Last.fm and MusicBrainz.

All music content remains the property of the respective copyright holders. LaLaQuiz does not claim ownership of any music content.

6. Intellectual Property

The LaLaQuiz name, logo, and original content (excluding music) are owned by us. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Leaderboards and Public Information

By using the Service, you understand that your display name, country, and game scores may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and profile pages.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages (Deezer, Firebase, etc.)
• Circumstances beyond our control

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an updated version on this page.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
